She founded Ultimate Cosmetics in 2017, after graduating from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2015.
Her nursing background is in a fast paced Intensive Care Unit, where she has continued to work for the last 10 years.
Realising that her passion for helping people extended beyond how they felt to how they looked,
Nicolette turned her focus to the cosmetic field. In 2017, she completed intense training in cosmetic injectables through Juv’ae, one of Australia’s leading authorities in non-surgical aesthetic medicine.
Client-focused and detail-oriented, Nicolette combines her friendly, approachable nature with a strong clinical eye to deliver personalised, natural-looking results. She believes in positive aging—embracing each stage of life while looking and feeling your best.
Dedicated to continual growth, Nicolette regularly works in the Intensive Care setting to maintain and refine her clinical nursing skills, ensuring the highest level of safety and care for her clients. She is also a dynamic clinical trainer with Juv’ae, sharing over eight years of experience with nurses at all levels.
Nicolette holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has served on the Juv’ae Clinical Governance Committee, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in both education and clinical practice.
